Calculate your vehicle’s annual emissions using the calculator tool. If you just want to donate and offset your emissions, scroll down to Step 2.
Make a tax-deductible donation of at least 50% of your total calculated emissions and you will instantly be emailed a License Plate Certificate.

Shortly after you complete Step 1 + 2 and make your donation, you will receive a confirmation tax-deductible receipt, carbon offset certificate, and license plate certificate.
Next time you need to register a new car or re-register your current car, take your License Plate Certificate to the DMV for your annual car registration and pay a $50 one-time DMV specialty plate fee to receive your new plates.
After your trip to the DMV, you’ll receive a temporary tag and your cool new plates will be directly mailed to you within a couple of weeks!
